Gas Safety

We are registered with the Gas Safe Register. This is a register that has replaced the old Corgi Scheme. All gas work, including domestic, must be done by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. For further details, check the gas safe register website.

Annual Gas Safety Checks are vital to ensure your equipment is performing as expected and more importantly - safely. These certifications can often be a requirement by insurance providers so ensure you are in date.

 

We offer a complete report and certification which will provide the customer with all the relevant equipment details and the following essential data.

 

Room CO value - ensures the equipment is not producing excessive and potentially fatal quantities of Carbon Monoxide.

 

Appliance Efficiency.  

 

Burner Condition Checks including inlet and burner pressures.

 

Flue test and output data.

 

Ventilation and system checks.

 

System Let By and Tighness testing.
